About Me: My name is Julian Blum. I’am a media creative from The Bronx and NYC who specializes in photography and video. I shoot portraits, editorials, events, nature, weddings and more. I also do videos for music and film.

I remember as a kid growing up there was something about cinema and photography that just struck my eye and then my mind. What drew me to photography was this therapeutic beauty it possessed and how you can just for a moment in time have the ability to not only freeze life but also how it demands the viewers attention to detail. It forced me to not be ignorant to another persons views or culture but to understand its view through visions of others. You realize beauty is really in the eye of the beholder. Film and cinema was my first love growing up watching 70s 80’s and 90’s movies really inspired my creative side and growing up in the projects in the 80s and having no entertainment but tv from the Honeymooners, Saturday morning cartoons and films like The last dragon Godfather Big Trouble In Little China to Goonies and Sci-fi classics Like Aliens Blade Runner and John Carpenters The Thing. I marveled at these films and how they where made and who was behind the camera. It is these written stories from another persons vision brought to life through projection. The Creator Created You to create the next wave but i also know it should be a wave of peace and prosperity. I always thought film was a great way to capture then captivate through ones perspective of life . Peace family.
